Are you a business?
No, I am an individual who enjoys "meeting" people from all over the world. I am retired, love going to estate sales, yard sales, etc. When I find great yarn I purchase it. I use a lot of it myself and list the rest of it.

I treat your information just as I would treat my own. I would never give anyone your information and I definitely would not sell it!

How Do You Pack Your Items?
It depends on the amount of yarn. I will either use a box or a Tyvek envelope.

Just send me an email with your zip code and I will be glad to check for you.

What Shipping Method Do You Use?
I usually ship by Parcel Post as it is cheaper, but if you would like to have it shipped by Priority I will be glad to do so for the extra charge. I only ship by USPS

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
I accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and will soon be accepting Google.

Do You Make Refunds or Accept Returns?
No, all my items are sold As Is. I do try to describe them accurately. Please ask any questions before making a purchase.

Do You Sell New Or Used Items?
Most of the time my yarn will be new. But if I find good used yarn, I will offer it. I would never offer any yarn that I would not use myself.

Have You Sold OnLine Before?
Yes, in fact I sell on eBay now under the name of beewitch and have been for several years, I have two stores on Loudfrog, two other stores on eCrater and a store on iOffer.

Yes, please contact me and I will be glad to quote shipping.

Do You Insure Your Packages?
I don't do it myself, but if you wish to have it insured or want delivery confirmation I will be glad to do so for the extra charge.

Yes, as soon as eCrater notifies me that I have made a sale I will be in contact with you.

Yes, I will combine shipping if you purchase more than one lot of yarn.

Yes, I do charge a $2.00 charge for supplies, gas to the post office (we are 10 miles away), etc.
